TC’s great London Bridge sports venue T47 is now offering table tennis in addition to all the usual activities hosted there. We have three great Fred Perry tables, and have bats and balls available onsite too if you don’t want to bring your own.
You can hire a table by the hour (£6) or half hour (£3) if you want to fit a game into your lunch break - and bats/balls are £1 per person. To enquire about reserving a table just email Manuela.

Pitch 2 goes down ...
Work started at 6 AM this morning, and by lunchtime two pitches were already installed at our new London Bridge sports venue, T47. The US-manufactured ATAK plastic tile system is amazingly quick to put in.
And not a moment too soon … our first customers, Barclays Global will play on pitch 1 at 6 PM tomorrow evening.

A blank canvas ...
We’re still on schedule to open on 7th September, although as with all building projects there are ifs and buts. The scene today (left) looks much the same as a few weeks ago, but we now have changing rooms, lighting, and the pitch areas are ready to be boxed in and surfaced. Most of the obvious changes will take place in the final week.
Raj has been busy filling up our first football leagues, which are due to kick off in the week of 14th September. Since the teams have been spread across different days, we’ve decided on a format of 6 teams playing each other twice. This enables us to get a league started quickly.
