Hello!

I’m looking to join a 6 / 7 or 11-a-side team so I can fit a bit more football in. I already play in a 5-a-side league on a Thursday night but that’s just not enough! I’m hoping to find a league with a high standard of football, preferably 7 or 11 a side and ideally on a Saturday, although I can make other nights of the week apart from Thursday or Friday.

I’m a holding midfield player but can play at the back (and generally anywhere people want me!). I’m used to a pretty decent standard and have grown up playing for my local sides and at regional level so I’m looking for a bit of a challenge. Up for meeting new people who enjoy a post-match beer and a good bit of banter!

I used to play in 4 leagues a week in the North East but since moving to London I’ve hardly kicked a ball. Need to get back playing again before I chew my own arm off in frustration. I’ve played at a reasonable standard and won’t let anyone down.

I’m 21, an attacking minded player, (usually play as a creative midfielder or winger on 11 a side, but I’ve found that with smaller sized football there tends to be less of a fixed position). I am also happy to fill in defensively if needed.
I have good fitness, pace and work rate, as well as a good football brain.

Available on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/ from 6.30 onwards, and can play most of the time on the weekends (although trips home to Cardiff mean I will not make it once in a month)

I currently play on Tuesday nights in the Southwark Tuesday Premiership. Last season my current team won the league but we have been struggling to get a team out this season and because of this we won’t be taking part next season. Therefore I am looking for a new team to play 5/6/7 a-side for in the evenings during the week. I can’t make Wednesday nights until April. I play in defence (as much as anyone plays in a specific position in 5-a-side!) although I can go in goal if necessary, but I wouldn’t want to play in goal all the time. I have recently moved to the UK and am really keen to get back into football. Before I left I was playing futsal 2 or 3 times a week and miss it like mad.

I’ve recently moved to Stoke Newington and so would be keen to play in any of the leagues at Finsbury Park, Holloway Road, Caledonian Road, Islington or Hackney.
